Thomas Soldan

Thomas Soldan handles a wide variety of personal injury cases in the northern Virginia area. He litigates in local courts throughout the region, including the cities of Alexandria, Manassas Park, and Fredericksburg, the counties of Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and the towns of Falls Church, Haymarket, Leesburg, Vienna, and Warrenton.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Soldan was an associate with a prestigious litigation firm in Warrenton, Virginia, where he practiced civil litigation. He gained valuable experience on the other side of the fence as a law clerk with a boutique medical malpractice defense firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Soldan has fortified his trial experience by participating in both criminal and civil jury trials, in addition to a multitude of bench trials. Mr. Soldan has also received advanced training in the areas of traffic defense and personal injury damages calculations.

Thomas Soldan is currently the President of the Fauquier County Bar Association and a member of the Virginia Bar Association, and he serves as the Insurance Regulation vice-chair with the American Bar Association. Attorney Soldan is also the co-author of "Right-Sizing:" Customizing Corporate Compliance to the Small Corporation. Thomas Soldan attended Lafayette College before earning his J.D. from the University Of Georgia School Of Law.
