David Benowitz

David Benowitz is one of two founding partners of Price Benowitz LLP and is admitted to practice law in Washington, DC and Maryland. He has more than 13 years of experience as a Washington, DC attorney, and he is licensed to practice law in Maryland. Mr. Benowitz has spent his career fighting for client's rights and has extensive trial experience.

Mr. Benowitz is an AV rated attorney by Martindale Hubble and is a rated a perfect 10 by AVVO.com. He has been selected as one of Washington, DC's top 100 attorneys by the National Trial Lawyers association. He is currently the only DC-based attorney to be board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Additionally, he is regularly called for comments or to do on-air interviews by local newspapers and networks.

Mr. Benowitz obtained an LLM. in Trial Advocacy in 2006 from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. In addition, he graduated near the top of his class at George Washington Law School in 1995, where he participated in the DC Law Students in Court Program and was a member of the George Washington Law Review and the Moot Court Board. Mr. Benowitz graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 with honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors American History.
